This baby picture of me was back in Hondura. I like it a lot because when I was little I used to laugh at the picture thinking it was a boy. And when I grew up my mom told me that was me. So since then, this is my favorite picture of me when I was a baby. Besides I look cute in the Marine clothes.

This is the national flag of Honduras. I brought the flag because it represents me. I am proud of where I am from. It represents my culture because the flag represents the nation I was born in. The five stars in the middle stand for the 5 so-called brothers. that touch each other. The white stands for the sky, and the blue for the ocean.

This trophy I got it when I was in 6th grade. I was in an afterschool program called LA Bridges. It matters a lot to me because in that group, I met one of my closet friends. And since then, I play soccer with her. And there, in that program, I noticed that soccer was my passion. And since then, soccer has been my hobby.

CD I brought this CD because in Honduras, Punta is the traditional music, and not a lot of people know how to dance it. It's one of my favorite CD's of Punta. and I love hearing the music. Besides, I take a lot of pride in it.

Me and my friend This is a picture of me and my best friend Yesenia. She isn’t really considered my friend, we're more like sisters. I really love her. And she is always in my heart and she is really important to me. That’s why I chose this picture.
	Global Warming I thought about global warming because its such a big deal. And people say "oh, it's really bad" but don’t do anything about it. And if we don’t do anything about it, we're going to pay the consequences sooner or later. We should take care of nature and our home earth. Well, this is what I think.
Racism I think racism is a really big issue, because here in the U.S.A there’s a lot of racism. I don’t think it should be like this, because were all the same, only in different size and color. And it's really cruel.
	Eyes - The book I chose the book The Bad Beginning by Lemony Snicket, because when I was in 5th grade my teacher read it to us. And ever since, I bought the whole series, because they are so interesting. back to top
Heart - The Doll The doll was a gift from my mom to my grandma. And now that my grandma passed away, they sent back the doll. My mom gave it to me and my sister to take care of it. It's really important to me because my grandma was like a second mom to me. back to top
	Feet - Postcard This postcard is a memory of one of my trips to Oregon. We went to go visit my godmother. It is important because that trip was when I first saw snow. And I got to share that first moment with my family. back to top
